Started in 2018, Advent's Body and Soul maintains a permanent pantry at the church offering food, household, and personal supplies. The pantry is open every weekday. In addition, we also operate mobile pantries that go to local schools twice a month to offer food to those who are unable to come to our church location. All our work is done by volunteers. We always welcome newcomers.
To relieve hunger in our community, especially among children, by acquiring and distributing food to those who are in need.
A community in which everyone has access to sufficient and nutritious food.
We will serve others in a courteous, sensitive, and compassionate manner.
We value all our volunteers and their diverse talents, backgrounds, passions and commitment to the community.
We value the wise use of resources, creating new ways to improve our services and effectively utilizing community support that sustains our work.
